Jesse A. Fenty, Esq. is an Intellectual Property (IP) attorney from Washington, DC. A graduate of Howard University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and American University’s Washington College of Law, Jesse has been active in the IP field for over twenty years. Jesse served as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for nine years and has subsequently worked for law firms in Virginia and Washington, DC, performing work in the fields of Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights.
In 2019 Jesse opened Fenty IP Law PLLC, to bring the power of IP to businesses and underserved communities.

Jerry is skilled in Patent Law, Trademark Infringement, Medical Devices, and Licensing. Jerry brings strong business development and Engineering professionalism. He graduated from Suffolk Law School and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Tariq Najee-ullah is a federally registered patent agent and a former ten-year veteran patent examiner of the US Patent and Trademark Office. With a background as a former NASA engineer, Independent App Developer, and project management professional, Tariq brings a unique blend of real-world experience to his practice. Since 2017, Tariq has been dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, navigate and optimize their intellectual property (IP) journey.
Tariq holds a Master of Arts from Georgetown University, a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College. Residing in Maryland with his wife and five children, Tariq is deeply committed to empowering inventors, creatives, and business owners through IP education platforms.
